Cool Mint...Smooth Texture...Superior Meltability...The Perfect Chip...or so the package says. We wanted to make something special for our family as a dessert, and visited 6 different grocery stores in 3 different cities today (2 per city) and finally found what we needed to create the dessert the way we know it needs to be done.
