Lots of prep work in creating from scratch a new Training that I will be giving in LA in a couple days.
The product set is not well defined, and the Sales team doesn't like to really sell, so they are hoping that Training will put some spark into the product and also that it will help overcome the user resistance to using new products.
It will do both.
I don't sell however, and I refer all sales stuff to the sales guys. I just train, which is to use appropriate pedagogy to change learners behavior toward being more productive and effective using the new tools.
I will do my best *:-)
